Lloyd & Lloyd Obtains $300,000 Judgment Against Local Nursing Home

In an extremely conservative jurisdiction, Lloyd & Lloyd recently obtained a $300,000 judgment against a nursing home for a fall injury that caused facial injuries and a broken nose.  This judgment includes a $100,000 award for punitive damages against the nursing home.  Lloyd & Lloyd uncovered evidence of systemic understaffing by the nursing home and attempts to cover up the injuries to Lloyd & Lloyd’s client.
